WIll taking both at the same time cancel each other off, burning off the mass added by creatine. SHould i wait till im a couple weeks off creatine to start an ECA ?
what are you trying to achive? Creatine will add strength no matter what, are you pure bulking. If you are then don't use ECA. Im on creatine, 1test and a fatburner that i use preworkout.
Im trying to bulk, put on some size for lacrosse season, so i was thinking of starting creatine, but could also use the ECA preworkout because i lift after practice and could use it to help me get fired up.
