I'm on a cut. Currently 6'2 192lbs. 20% bf I'm guessing.
I recently started adding creatine and dextrose to my post workout shake. Should I not do this? Can dextrose (2 tbsp's) and 5grams of creatine do more harm than good if you're on a cut?

how many grams of carbs are in 2 tpsp's of dextrose if you are cutting i would think 40g of carbs (dex) post workout arent going to hurt..... creatine may cause bloating which may keep you from looking as cut as you possibly can plus it maybe tougher to judge your results in the mirror.......but the creatine should help performance and muscle sparing during dieting
Carbs post workout like dextrose are a great idea whether you're cutting or bulking cos they will help you recoer and feed your muscles with nutrients and if you dont over do it you will not turn the carbs to fat

dextrose is good cutting/bulking, but creatine isn't necessary. In fact if you're doing some type of keto diet then you'll prolly eat red meat, and red meat has creatine in it...
