Creatine and Caffeine

I am starting on thermorexin from AF and it has caffeine in it. I have heard that it is not beneficial to use creating and caffeine at the same time. What do you think? Worth a shot?

Well, caffeine is a diuretic and creatine retains water. Caffeine will make you lose water. My best advice iws to drink plenty of water while you do this combo, on the lines of 1-2 gallons a day
