create custome shake (protein,dextrose,glutamine,cee)

what do you guys think would be the best combo for these intake times.

morning
pre workout
post workout
before sleep

how many grams of each would you use in these different intarvals to maximize protein synthesis?
 
morning, i like to just get a whey shake in then a REAL meal 20-30mins later, so 25-35g's maybe.

pre-workout, same thing, usually with milk.

post workout, 60-70g whey shake with 50-75g dextrose in water.

before sleep, 40-50g cassein protein for slower release.
