Tuesday I was doing leg presses with 630 lbs reppin easy while on my 2nd week of dbol,feelin crazy strong,I let the weight come down a little too far on a rep and Snap!!! Two of my lower ribs cracked,yeeeeeouch!I'm done for two weeks and then I can go back to light lifting for another two.None in my gym have ever seen this happen,a few heard the Snap!Oh well,I'll live.Watch out cuz anything can and will happen.
