Well first of all if your gonna compete seriously then the drug protocol year round isn't the safest route. Those guys run amounts that make your average recreational juice user that cycles look like child's play. They run more in a week then your normal user runs in a entire cycle. If you go that route then you aren't ever coming off again. Some like short blasts of 4-6 weeks and others like longer ones. The cruises should be enough to clean the system out somewhat from the harsh stuff. Test is a staple year round and the dose varies from person To person. As you progress then so will hgh and slin will be cycled regularly during bulking. Slin is a dangerous game though so be very careful and smart or it can kill you. For someone just starting out a basic year of blasting and cruising would be something like,
1-12 blast- bulking
1-12 cruise on test 250-300 mg week
1-8 blast- bulk
1-6 cruise test 200 mg, decca 300mg
1-12 blast- cut for comp
After comp
1-12 cruise test 300-350
Then you can decide if you wanna start bringing in the hgh year round. I wouldn't play with slin for a couple years of doing this. You can also add in mild compounds during your cruises or pulse high doses of test for short periods, but keep the test low on the blasts and max your other compounds. Don't do more then your tolerance allows though or you'll regret it. I also suggest having a solid cycle support protocol in place year round. I use n2guard year round, whatever other stuff you decide to add in is your choice but I highly suggest that. I also suggest you rotate hcg and hcgenerate in regular intervals. I like to do 4 weeks on and 4-6 off to keep the balls Plump.
