Fonz what exactly does it do to get rid of acne? Is it like B5 which stops you from producing sebum, or does it do something different. I have a major problem meds that dry out the skin, especially ones that work internally, because they make my nose bleed.

try tanning, it works wonders.
After showers, apply some lotion to your body.
Some people cannot help acne, but you can definetely limit it. Don't play with them either, lol, if you burst them they will scab.
just tan, that works for me.

If your reading this and thinking tanning beds will stop your juice related acne guess again. Tanning is actually bad for your acne although it will make it less noticable. Keeping your pores clean is priority one and if you have cystic acne (large welts that grow under the skin) then your going to need accutane. I was on antibiotics for three months and it didnt do shit. I just started my 3rd month of tane and making good progress. Normal accutane cycle is 4 to 6 months. Your better off doing a full cycle of it rather than just throwing it in while taking gear to avoid acne.

I think I must suffer from cystic acne I never seem to get acne where you can burst them. It just seems to build under the skin and looks awful!! I have quite alot of them over my chest and back and it doesnt look good at all really want to get this under control!

some of the acne I get is cystic. They look like big welts, and the hurt a lot. They also look disgusting. As for accutane preventing it if you are in your 20's+ like me and take it for 8 months at a somewhat high dose theres a chance it will eliminate it. My sisters boy friend whom is 16 I believe did a cycle for 8 months and the acne cleared for about a year but now is back, just not as bad. I think if you are young and take it basically is just a temporary fix, but it may be a permanent fix when you are older. In any case I am going to try sometime soon.

If you have cystic acne your best bet is accutane. Accutance is more geared toward this type of acne, although it can help with other forms as well.

Yes. The accutane will destroy it but be prepaired for a somewhat difficult journey to clear skin land. The dry skin and chapped lips is a mutha. Like I said I had the same thing and now after being on it for 2 months no more welts and my shoulders are looking progressively better each day. AT this rate I should be good in another two months. I also take two showers a day and clean my shoulders with oxy pads a couple times a day. I only have it on my shoulders along with very minimal on my chest a nd back(one or two at the most).

It's well worth it, go to your doc and ask him for accutane.

Good luck with getting a accutane script from your doc. IF it isn't "severe" in his eyes, you will be getting a ascript for anti-biotics.....

the anti biotics dont do shit, not for me anyway. If you find a cool doc it shouldnt be a problem.
