Cravings!!

Half-way through the 4th week of my 10 week Test E and Eq cycle. I have been consistently eating 3000 cals a day with around 230g of protein. I eat the same thing every day and it works for me.

But I am starting to get SERIOUS cravings for some burgers and pizza and everything else.

I eat two meals of 6 oz. chicken breast with 2 cups of brown rice a day. I guess I could bump that to 3 but I really want some damn IN N OUT RIGHT NOW!!

Just needed to vent.

BTW - EQ is known to improve appetite especially in horses. :)
 
5'10" 175 18%. But that's a lean 18%. Couldn't believe I was at 18% but I hadn't done cardio in at least 5-6 months so I guess that's why.

I would personally up the protein myself. But that is plenty of cals to gain at your size.
 
Sounds like the EQ is kicking in hard. Take advantage of that appetite, but don't gorge on chocolate and crap food. If you want to eat a hamburger every once in a while, pig out. My favorite burger has a large ground sirloin burger, pepper jack cheese, bacon, a thin onion slice, tomato lettuce, pickle, mayo, A-1 Steak sauce, and a huge fried onion ring. It may not be a monster burger, but it is a good burger.

Oh man that sounds delicious.

I generally stay away from crap food. My biggest problem is bread. I love sandwiches and burgers.

I think I'll just start eating more fat free chili and brown rice.

My BF is fairly high, want to lower it drastically but I want to make sure I gain size and strength.

Thinking about upping the diet to 3500-4000 cals a day and doing cardio 3x /week for 45 mins (incline walk on tread).
