I can't carb up until tomarrow night (get carbs once every 4 days right now), however I really needed some pizza. So Ijust made my own sause from scratch, melted a bag of mozerella cheese in the pot and add a bit of olive oil to get the fat to protien ratio a bit higher. Granted its a big high in carbs (about 20 in the whole thing) but I can do 50-60 a day and stay in deep ketosis if my fat intake is high enough. Eating it now, and it is damn good.
