Crashing off your diet?

When I crash it is usually with a big bag of Doritos and a Diet Coke but I read one guy said his crash “started with 3 loaves of bread”

Any crazy crash stories? Or post contest crashes?
 
When I "binge" it's all day. Starts off with McD's breakfast where I'll have 3 Bacon n Eggers with 3 hasbrowns 3 hotcakes and an OJ, lunch will probly be Wendy's which will consist of 20 nuggets and 2 big bacon Classics and Dinner will be a large meat lovers from Panago. Thankfully this only occurs a couple times per year ;) The next day I look amazing though :p

Popeye's chicken...can't be beat 5 pc spicey,dark meat-large dirty rice-large red beans and rice-2 xtra bisquits and peppers...can only do this 1-2 times a year,feel like i should be the ER afterwards.
 
I love to crash at the sushi all-you-can-eat here in BR. I will literally have around 30 sushis + yakisoba (pasta with veggies) + all the appetizers...
the waiters often pretend they do not see me so that they do not have to serve me another round of food =D
 
The day after my last show this what I ate:

7:30 A.M.-13 Krispy Creme doughnuts in 10 minutes!
11:00 A.M.-Del Taco-too much to write... ;)
2:00 P.M.-Bucca Di Bepos Pizza-A lot
5:00 P.M.-Too many cookies to count along with ice cream

I gained 25 lbs. between my weigh in on Saturday morning and Monday morning. What a pump I had on my Monday morning workout!

Is there certain articles your could link me to?
 
I love it when i'm out with a girl and she says "I'm full". My only response ever has been, "Full? What does that feel like?" Usually comes as I slide her half eaten plate over to make sure it doesn't go to waste.

There's tons of articles online, but I would hire a pro to design a diet specifically for your goals. You'll have invest a little, but it's well worth saving the time and frustrations of trying to figure it out for yourself.
 
taco bell for lunch mcdonalds for an afternoon snack, pound of ribs and fries for diner and some dairy queen for dessert, ya I can ususally screw myself over pretty good in 1 day! my problem is that ill do this way more often then i should and ends up slowing the process down quite a bit. really need to fight it but some days its just so hard to stick to the diet!
