Get a foreman grill, you can toss that shit in there when it's still frozen and it will come out to juicy chicken perfection every time.

Word. The only time it's bad is when I forget to clean out the little fat tray then I cook two chicken breasts, when I come back there is a sea of chicken fat flowing all over the counter.

you can cook it when it's rock hard frozen? you sure? how long does it take, 'cause i have one of those here. i figured the outside would be all nasty before the inside would even get cooked.
