mostly the top lip but they put a lil in the bottom cuz there was some still left in the vial

i got novacaine similar to what you get at the dentist. 2 shots inside top lip and 2 shots inside bottom lip so yeah it was swollen like a mug and numb when i left there. still a little numb in fact

looks good Smurfett, it's a small change, that's good. Like everyone says, thoses big ol " it looks like I had an allergic reaction to something" lips are terrible. It ( restalin) only lasts a few months correct? If it needs to be a little more to your liking, you may tell him if you choose to have it done.
