Crap! My first grey hair

Came out of the shower last night, dried my hair and i notice this silvery grey shimmering in my hair. I thought it may have been a reflection, but no, it was a full grey hair. For fuck's sake, i'm only 29. My beautiful rich brown hair has it's first grey. What next, suppose my ass will start sagging and my pecs will start to droop.

I'm not happy. Anyone know of any 'natural' remedies to slow the greying down.

How will the chicks react? My hair is so important to the overall package i present, y'know thick straight rich brown head of hair with real body and bounce. Now i've got a grey. Fuck it!

Welcome to the club bro. I got my first one around 29 or 30.... Most chick will like a little grey, unless you are chasing the 19 year old skirts around. Then you need to touch that shit up a bit, and hit the antioxidants hard so your skin doesn't start looking old too. Of course I am also speaking from experience there too.

Dude, be happy! It's just a grey hair, atleast your hair ain't falling out. I'd kill just for grey hair instead of taking a shower to count 5 or 6 strands of hair in my towel.

Get some Just for Mens hair gel and pray you don't go bald.

No biggie, at least you have a head full of hair. I started getting grey when I was only 16...now I'm 36 and have loads! I have natural dark brown hair w/ red highlights and always went red when dying...now there's too much grey so I'm a blonde as of a few months ago...and having more fun! Bro, rest safe. I first had my temples go gray at 27. Then by 34 they never got any grayer... it just sort of stopped there. Now... at 43 I regularly get hit on by girls who are 20-25.

Women do not care if your hair grays. They care about whether you are good looking, muscular... or most important... are an intelligent and good person.

I hear ya all. I guess it was kind of a shock because although i am not getting any younger, this is the first visual sign that i am indeed getting older.

I'll be 41 in about a month and a half and I have yet to have a gray hair on my head. Still have a full head of hair also although it's about 1/8" all over(I let my two girls cut it).

My problem is gray hair in my fucking nose and on my nutsack. That sucks so I try and keep it trimmed very short so it doesn't show.

My wife can't wait until I my hair turns gray but at this rate she might be waiting for awhile.

I just started greying this year. One year ago I had none. Now my sides are peppered and both sides of my beard are grey when it grown out. I am only 38 but thank god I still have it to go grey.
