I've been cramping really bad lately. If I yawn and stretch, or just in the shower trying to wash my back. My lats even cramp. Just the other day my left tri cramped so bad I had to put my hand on the dresser and push against my elbow just to get it to bend. I drink enough water, could it be lack of potassium? Would glutamine help?
