Cramp!!!

anyone one else here play sports while on juice?
cramp is a real bitch!!
stretching doesnt help much either:confused:

I play baseball, hockey, Football and golf (if you want to call it a sport) lol Cramps are a bitch

Drink your H20! At least 1-1.5 gallons per day, stick a banana in your shakes, and take a multi-vitamin. Cramping sucks ass, particularly if you get one while working out.

Sometimes what may feel like a cramp is the huge pumps that sometimes occur on gear. I had one in my abs once and I thought my appendix exploded.
 
My girlfriend always gets cramps once a month and it lasts like 5 days its really weird. She uses Midol to treat it, maybe you should try that. The only side effects are that she bleeds for about 5 days also. :FRlol:
If i were u id just start taking more potassium (bananas) and drink a ton of water. Maybe you should try different stretching routines also.

Drink more water than normal. Keeps me from cramping most of the time. When I juice I get cramps in places I never get them..
 
Hell yes!! I was running sprints yesterday at football practice and got a hamstring cramp out of the blue. Yeeeooouch!!! H2O is definitely a big factor because I was a little dehydrated. Never again.
