i don't think that's too bad considering my last max was 200 x 3 in the beginning of december, with a some assist on the 3rd rep. and in September when i started lifting, i couldn't do 165.
going for Deadlift PR tomorrow. Target is 285x3. secondary target is to outdeadlift my partner, who deadlifts as much as i do (but i outlift on everything else). we'll see how that goes.
