About once a year here in TO they do a massive bust of massage parlors just to keep people happy. My friend was at one when it happened and got thrown out the back door just in time.

No. What Craigslist is doing here is trying to appease law enforcement while simultaneously making a profit off of prostitution. Craigslist wants no accountability, but wants to milk the hookers for money. Everybody knows what's going on in the 'erotic services' section, this includes law enforcement and Craigslist.
