A female I know made an ad on craigslist casual section, and I watched in amazement as about 1/2 an hour later, she had close to 50 messages in her inbox, all from interested guys.

all she wrote in her ad was that she was in shape, 23, and wanted to go out for some drinks with a dude. she didnt mention a thing about sex!

To test something, I made an ad exactly like hers except i put that i was a male looking for a female. got 1 response, from a woman who wanted to know if i wanted to be in a 3 way with her and her b/f. i told her i wasnt bi, and she told me "bye". she also demand that the man have hard abs.


wow, is all online dating this bad? or is craigslist exceptionally cut throat?

but something tells me that there arent as many women on dating sites as there are men. for example if you count the profiles on a place like AFF, you'll notice there are a lot more men than women.

so if you are saying that because they are non agressive, they dont use the internet to meet people, then maybe you are right. and that might also explain why there are less women in clubs and bars.

not always about being fat though. some people are just lazy and dont want to have to go someplace to meet someone and plan a date. theyd rather meet them online and plan the date first

in some cases its just that their lifestyle is real busy.
in other cases, they just make a better first impression online (or they are more comfortable with it),
in other cases they make be ugly.

I mean i understand the part about the top 10% hot guys dating the top 10% hot women. but okay, I consider more than 10% of the female population to be hot. I'd say its more like 30-40% (in the young age category)

Hot chicks can also be termed as 'immature hot chicks in their 20's'. these r the same women who go 'i want a nice guy' but goes out of her way to attract the beer-drinking drunk partier frat dude at a party by lezzing out her friend.

Karma always works. These same women marry these losers, and then find themselves single at age 30 with 3 kids, with fading looks. Then off to match.com it is!
