Couple ON questions

When ON and bulking cleanly....does anyone stil do cardio on an empty stomach?

Does anyone else find that creatine blurrs your abs?


Anyone hit the gym 2x a day when ON?

depending what i'm bulking with... i sometimes can't do any cardio because of all the bloating.. deca and dbol have me in the chair all the time.. sometimes it's hard to walk.

i'll hit the gym 2x a day when i'm on, but one will be cardio and the other weights... it's better to pace yourself in the long run and just go once and have an intense workout.... and intense workout is better than two ok ones.
 
W/my work schedule...it's hard for me to to do cardio on a empty stomach every time. Although, I feel better when it is empty.

Creatine blurring abs: Well I think it makes me hold a little more water, Only time I ever seen abs was when I had an intestinal infection 4 years ago and lost 60 pounds in 6 months. I was 6'5" and weighed in at 199. LOL
I like the effects of Creatine and it helps me with vascularity, Using Swole now, but I would say that an OTC diuretic or herbals can help you with that.

2X per day @ gym....While ON, I wanted to work all of the time, but I made a strict regiment and I stuck to it. It worked great for me, but I did not deviate from the plan.
 
thanks guys.......I did mean 1x cardio (am) and 1x PM train......right now, I'm doing cardio 6x per week and training at night the same.....I'm gonna cut back to training on a 2 on 1 off split and drop the cardio to 3x week....moderate......1/2 hour on eliptical.........just feel better cause I LOVE that late night shake and peanuts snack.......
 
I go 10 months at a time with no cardio when I'm bulking, its too hard to eat enough calories as it is, if I did cardio I would have to eat more. Also, I never train twice day, but when on I cut out one of my rest days and train 5 days a week
 
I've gone 10 days once.....wait....10 hours, maybe.......I feel wayyy to lazy if I dont do cardio...mainly because I eat right before bed and feel like I need to burn off that shake and peanuts (by the handfull)...am I foolish?
 
I do cardio at all times, cardio vascular conditioning is important to me.

Also it does help keep the fat off, I often do exercycle first thing after I wake up, and 5km runs a few times a week in the evenings.

I've added muscle while doing this, but you can try reducing cardio if gains are not satasfactory, depends on how important it is to you. ;X
 
what do you do for cardio...I've been switching between the treadmill and eliptical for 35 minutes....pretty high intensity..like 12% grade and 4.5mph......walk.......thinking of toning it down a few notches......maybe burn 450 calories instead of 530...I know, I know...that's not accurate, but that's just the tool I use to gauge my workouts...what do those machines say you are burning?
