Counterproductive Workouts

My question is if I’m on a bulking diet and also doing morning cardio to shed some fat, (3-4 times a week for 30-45 min's) will this be counterproductive and not work. Will low intensity cardio hinder my main goal of LBM gains? Or will this be okay and keep fat gains at a minimum?

The only way to gain weight is to eat more calories than you burn

The only way to lose fat is to burn more calories than you consume.

You wont burn fat while on a bulking diet, but some cardio will be beneficial to keep you in cardiovascular shape.

so what would you do...... i'm around 170 at 14% (guess-imate)....... i have lots of fat to get rid of but also have lost of muscle to gain...... would you gain the muscle first and then lose the fat or vice-versa..........

It really depends on what you want at this moment. I understand summer is here, so you may wanna burn the fat off...however at the same time you may wanna add some weight. It is entirely up to you.

You gotta plan ahead.....you wanna put on size, start bulikg earlier and you would be finishing up cutting now....Preperation is key with AAS.

We are about the same size, I am 175,

Last summer (spring) I cut to 160 and was pretty lean than I did a 14 week bulking cycle, ate clean and did 4 weeks d-bol and 14 weeks t-400 and primo,

At the end of the 14 weeks I was 175 and even leaner, so my advise is cut you bf for 3 months then do a clean bulking cycle and it will be eaiser to maintain the new muscle with out adding fat.

I'm not on anything right now... just l'dex and using yohimburn. I dont want to lean down to 160..... i already look skinny.... BTW i'm 6ft...... i guess i'll bulk at around 3500 cals......

It's not that i dont plan.... im just not sure what to do right now..... or what to do first i should say...... bulk or drop fat.

thank anyway guys

I hope this isn't considered sacreligious, but I have to disagree with the almighty on this one. While it is true that you will gain weight if you eat more calories than you burn, you can burn fat while still gaining muscle. It's completely possible.
