So one thing at a time ehh??? LOL so easy to say the words but so difficult to do!!! Im making good progress.... lots of things to take care of this week!

6:30am: 1hr cardio+30 min abs
8am: 1/4c oatmeal, 4 egg whites
10am: 1/4c oatmeal,4 egg whites
12pm: 1 plain rice cake
1:30pm: 1/2c brown rice, 1 can tuna
3:30pm: 2scoop protein
4:30pm: Training... back/bis
6:30pm: 5oz. chicken breast, 2c broccoli
9:30pm: 5oz. Tilapia fish :p

Hello Ladies!!! Again.. Thanks to all of you for the much needed support! Youre all sooooo wonderful! Well, I said that I wouldnt post pics untill the day of the show but I figured what the hell right???? So, here is a pic from January 1st and a *blurry*(sorry about that) pic from APRIL 10. Again.. the final picture from the day of the show will be posted in about 12 days!!!! Im sure I'll change more in the next 2 weeks... :p

What a change!!! You are doing SO awesome! I can't believe the progress you've made since January. In the Jan pic, I noticed that our body shape is very similar so it gives me a lot of encouragement to see what you've done in such a short time.

OMG you guys youre soooo funny... and Bunny thanks my dear for the LOVELY pic... it was kinda distirbing....

Thanks EVERYONE for the bday wishes.... i think it will just be another day for me. In reality 21= losing health care and actually becoming a grown up .. and these two things suck in my opinion. Not to mention lots of bad news for my family lately and I have to say that my 21st bday will be a depressing one.

Looking at the 'good' side of the whole thing... I lost a ton of weight and Im doing a BB show... so thats the positive :)

*I just got in from class and IM SO DAMN tireddddd . I gotta go eat and then go to the gym ... then I have to study for a HUGE test tomorrow and Im completely unprepared :worried:

I also have my final hydrostatic weighing and weight follow up tomorrow at 11am... measurements as well.... I cant wait to get my hands on all this stuff when my trainer is done with the study :)

---->Oh and Im not even going to get into the subject of CAKE.... hmmmm cake.... CAKE CAKE CAKE... how I want some CAKE but I would rather look good than eat cake so I wont have any :(

Honestly, I think Im screwed up mentally since I did this diet. I thought I would be counting down to the end of this whole thing so I can eat everything and anything but I have no desire to eat what so ever. I am scared to death of gaining weight. Is there such a thing as fear of fatty food b/c I think I have it???. My bf thinks Im mental and he says he's worried about me. All he talks about is how much pizza he's gonna scarf down. I think I'll probably eat one slice and feel so damn guilty that I will wanna shoot my self. What the hell is wrong with me?

To tell you the truth.....it would be better for you NOT to go scarf everything down that you see! Give yourself a reward after the show, even if it's something small. You don't have to eat a whole box of Ho Ho's (or whatever you like) or anything. But have ONE! You deserve it, girl!!! :heart:

No talk to your trainer about slowly adding food back in and regualte your system. You will gain water weight back with the added food but it will come off. You can't think it's the end of the world when it comes back on... It will take your body some time to adjust. Then you just go from there. You need to have that break so you can keep going. You can't stay competition strict the rest of your life or else you could have some REALLY bad rebound effects. Just ease yourself off of your diet.

As far as pigging out after all this is over... I will be smart about it. I'll probably have sime pizza and cheesecake that night.... I'll give my self 3 days to eat like a human and then I (along with all your help) have to figure out a " keep cutting-happy all summer" diet.

Uhgggggg, 30 was the ABSOLUTE WORST for me! I was down in the dumps depressed all day. Just wanted to have a PITY party instead of a BIRTHDAY party!

I'm sure you'll be fine post comp. You seem to have a pretty good idea of how NOT to blow up like the blimp! :lmao:

HOLY SHIT this test was the worstttttttt... :mad: im sure glas thats over and done! The hydrostatic weighing went ok BUT the scale says Im 3kg more than last time. WTF!!!??? Well, I did get my period this month (finally... today.. and 3 days late).. im hoping its just water weight! The calliper and cm measurements are incredible. I cant wait to put that stuff on here b/c seeing it on paper is just so amazing! Such a difference.. its turning me into an energizer bunny like someone else on here... I wanna keep going and going and going :)

12pm: 1/2c oatmeal, 5oz. chicken breast
3pm: 1scoop protein.. and I gotta lay down. IM SO DIZZY>??>>>>??? :rolleyes:

hey hey hey... slow down ladies... PICS will come in time. I flirted a little with that recent before and after pic. BUT Im saving the ENCORE for the 22nd!!! LOL

The suit is lime green... I got blue turqoise but I didnt like how it looked so I returned it and exchanged it .... this one looks pretty good (well at least my bf think so). I tend to be my own worst critic at all times so I dont wanna say what I honestly think...something along the lines of : "I have cheese on my thighs, lumpy ankles, jiggly love handles...etc."... so I suck. 300mgs R-ALA, 50mgs VS with Meal 1, and 300mgs R-ALA, 50mgs VS with MRP.


Sunday: (carb depletion starts)

Water today: 1.5 gallons
Morning cardio (am)—40 mins. One bouillium(2000mg) cube post cardio. (Drop in hot water)
Meal 1—1/3 cup oats with 36g Protein (whey)
Meal 2—Flax oil and whey shake (36g Protein)
Meal 3—Beef only. 5-7 oz (Lean as possible)
Meal 4—Flax oil and whey shake (36g Protein)
Workout 4:30. Arms (3-4 sets high reps 12-15) ....(No posing today)

Meal 1---8am—Chix with sweet potato....300mgs R-ALA, 50mgs VS DUIRETIC
Meal 2---10:30am—sweet potato.....300mgs R-ALA, 50mgs VS
Meal 3—1 pm Chix with sweet potato.....300mgs R-ALA, 50mgs VS DUIRETIC
Meal 4—3:30 pm----sweet potato.....300mgs R-ALA, 50mgs VS
Meal 5----6pm Chix with sweet potato.....300mgs R-ALA, 50mgs VS DUIRETIC
Meal 6----6pm Chix with sweet potato.....300mgs R-ALA, 50mgs VS

Double diuretics if you feel boated, double dose before bed.



Friday: (3rd stage of carb load)

Water today: 1/8 gallon stop after 3pm. (Other then for pills)
Meals every 3 HOURS, Water drank after meals not during!!!

Meal 1: 8am----Chix with sweet potato.....300mgs R-ALA, 50mgs VS DUIRETIC
Meal 2: 11am----Chix with sweet potato.....300mgs R-ALA, 50mgs VS
Meal 3: 2pm -----Chix with sweet potato.....300mgs R-ALA, 50mgs VS DUIRETIC
Meal 4: 5pm------Chix with sweet potato.....300mgs R-ALA, 50mgs VS
Meal 5: 8pm------Chix with sweet potato.....300mgs R-ALA, 50mgs VS DUIRETIC
Glass of red wine in evening.

Diuretic before bed.
Drink BLACK Coffee as it helps as a diuretic. Subtract from your water intake.( NO sugar)




SATURDAY: SHOW DAY

Meal 1: Small chicken Breast. Small amount of starchy carbs (rice cakes)
Meal 2: 15 mins before stepping on stage. HIGH sugar ?Raisenets?. (Red wine 1/4 cup)

Also, I think I will switch up the sweet potato with some dirty carbs... Im thinking like starchy white potatos/biscuits/rice cakes??? ANYONE got any ideas of how I can make this whole thing come together????

****R-ALA is combo with glucorell R.... i didnt have enough of either so the mix works out for me :)

I feel like I"ve made comments on this before - if this is what whoever your trainer is put together I'm not going to mess w/ it. However couple questions:

- what's the boullion cube thing for?

- I think you really need to have a very flexible food plan on Sat morning because they always manage to fuck up the schedule to get the show going. Make sure you pack food to have with you because you can't guarantee how much time betweeen whenever meal 1 is and meal 2 and howerver much time you "think" you have before you hit the stage. Make a Plan B that includes whatever would be another meal if you don't get on stage by "meal 2" w/o friggen starving. Just be prepared for a really fucked up schedule and make sure you have a complete day's schedule for food and have all your food with you. What happens after "meal 2"? Do you know how long before the next meal? Do you know when you get time to eat next? Are you going to be stuck standing in line waiting to get on stage for 45 min? JUst saying plan for the worst & hope for the best.

That cube is to get extra sodium. This is how the concept works...

You can never get 0 sodium in your diet. For 3 days I intake large amounts of sodium. When I cut the sodium cubes out, my body reacts as if the small amounts (from chicken etc...) are almost nothing. Its like tricking the body.

Thanks for the very helpful input. I didnt really think of it that way. I will make 200% sure that I have EXTRA meals ready... probably just time those two meals by 2! .... so I should be all set. I just got done with the first part and it was awesome getting really pumped all over with the workout but the posing session drained me of all energy. I feel like complete shi* right now. Its tough.... I cant wait to see how this works out for me.

Thanks again... I just wanted to double-make sure everything looked decent before I go through with this whole thing. 7 days to go.... we shall see ;)

Thanks ladies!!! TOday was rough...only carbs eaten were the 1/3c oatmeal post am cardio + rice cake post posing... im all fuzzy... tomorrow I have to eat so much red meat.. UGH... I hate red meat...3 days... and THEN.. CARB UP!!!! WHOO-HOOO... and im almost D-O-N-E.

Your cat really pees in the toilet? That's awesome! I remember the cat from Meet the Partents, but I didn't really think you could train a cat to do that.

LOL yea.... he does many other things too. He's Siamese and I SWEAR he KNOWS when you are talking about him... understands when you talk to him... and he's such a sneak too. He also has my personality (well, everyone thinks so)..

I miss him more than my parents (lol). Its weird how Im so attached to an animal.

Anyway, I just got done with the first part of my day.... got such a LONG week ahead of me. I seem to be getting a headache AGAIN so Im gonna go rest for a while.

OH MAN.. Monday... I never liked them but Its cool.. the teachers are letting me take the week off to get ready for this darn thing! I cant believe its almost here!!!!! Whoo- I DID IT!!! Well, the hardest and BEST part is yet to come. I sleep at night and all I can think about is that DAY ... the stage... my family watching me.. and the cheesecake I will scarf down as I get off the stage LOL!!!!

Now, who would've thought chugging 2gallons of water would be tough? Not me... but 15 trips to the bathroom later - Im a BLIMP LADIES!! BLoated to the bone! LOL.... when I get rid of all this, I better look GOOD! hehe

YUCK- I hate eating red meat- one more day and then CARB UP!!! Chicken + potatoes!!!! yummy :p

You can do it you can do it you can do it!!! Been reading over your log and you have done a great job thus far and will do great on stage I am sure!!! Props to you just for going through it... your one of the few encouragements I have on here to help stick to my diet :wavey:
 
Hello all of you wonderful ladies!!! Thanks so much for the support!!! Im hanging in there... just got back from am cardio... ate 5oz. steak (YUCK) ... and 2 boullium cubes-my mouth is so salthy! Today is NO CARBS at all but tomorrow I carb up!! IM SO EXCITED about that.... I also drop the water starting tomorrow so I should start filling out my muscles and drying out. Also, did I mention tomorrow is last cardio day??? YEY!! Its finally winding down. School is kind of put on hold for this week, but Im sure I'll pull through. Finals are in 2 weeks!!!!! yikes~ !!! :worried:

--I keep dreaming about the contest and the day of the show. Like I do my routine and step off the stage. Everyone tells me I did ok except my legs were a little giggly(lol) and too big. Thats my only insecurity- my legs arent really that cut up . HOwever, I am competing against 3 women. One is 37 years old and is SO RIPPED, the other is lean and has done the show before, and the 3rd is my x-workout partner who's been training for about 6 years. SO, if I even come close---- its SOMETHING right? I cant wait to get this thing done and post pictures, my progress stats, hopefully the video!!! I cant wait!!! Again, thanks so much for the support. Hey girl!! Keep it up you are doing fantastic. You know what you want this and strived for this and this will be your day no matter what the outcome!!! You have defeated a task that most people would never take on, or last a week! You definitely are an achiever and have a Gold from me ;)
 
SO... Ive been carbing up today. Yesterday was T-O-U-G-H!!!!!! Right now, Im feeling the carbs... Ive eaten aprox. 90g .... by tonight I should be at 240 or so .... Im seeing my muscles fill up as we speak. This whole thing is CRAZY!!!!!! I cant believe it! OMG IM SO EXCITED>>>NERVOUS! Almost there! Im curious about how much I will change between right now and tomorrow morning. Should be interesting. I gotta run but I will check in later on with an update! Everyone - thanks for the support. Love you all!!! :heart:

lol- I said I would reply on how the "cut" is going. And I did. I think I should take pictures (good idea) but I still wont put them up until the end.. HAHA
I dont have a camera here (at my bf's) but I will probably swing by my dorm tomorrow and grab it. SO I will have pics for Thursday, Friday, and day of show. I havent really changed these past few weeks( since i put the recent update...on the 10th I think).... But today... I have a tiny little bit (first carb up day). I think tomorrow the BIG changes will start. SO, will do, I will take pictures the last few days of water shedding/carb loading and then I will put them up with the pics from the show :)

Could you all settle for that? LOL ----sorry Im being a BRAT about posting pics but I think its so much more dramatic this way.
