theorhetically workout everyday if you trained early in the am on the first day and then late at night on the 2nd day then early, then late, etc.......that would give you 36 hours to recoup before the 1st and 2nd days and the 4th and fifth days.......lol....hmmm...
 
Really no black and white answer. Everyone recovers differently. I would say that you definitely wouldn't want to train the same muscle groups consecutively. It would still be pretty tough probably.
 
No clear cut answer, but I personally wouldn't do it because of the mental fatigue I would feel.

BTW I work out about 4 day a week now and Really am enjoying it
