Can a company that dont test for steriods single an individual out to be tested for use? would this be a form of harrasment because no one else was tested?

it is unusual to drug test an employee for steroids. employers order a panel testing for certain drugs . i.e. a 10 panel test that may include marijuana, meth, cocainet, benziodiams, etc. the more panels the more expensive. i cant believe they would single out someone for steroid testing.

Not a narcotic nor is it habit forming or mind altering so there can't be any need. If asked, refuse or threaten to sue.

No reason to test and for most places the test is to expensive compared to just a normal drug test.

what exactly is happening to you. are you getting a random drug test? are you being told you are getting tested for steroids? are you just worried it could come up?

i dont know the laws on testing but steroids are illegal drugs and they do have special tests for them. the tests are more expensive and are not a part of standard drug testing. if you are suspected of steroid use i would imagine they could test you for it and ire you just like they could for using any of the typical street drugs.

nothing happened but we do have random drug testing at my company. The whole company is having a urine and blood test during the month of june. nobody said i was receiving a steroid test or anything like that.

I dont have a goverment job or any federal job. So im guessing they willnot test ( I work in the industrial field)
