COuld someone help me with my upper chest?

I need a better work out I do incline press and Incline flys this isn't enough could someone shoot me their rutein

also would an injection in the pec benfit me in any way?
 
i do incline flies and incline barbell presses. i am pretty tall so i do 2 angles of incline bench to make my chest fill out
 
I would alternate between incline db's and incline barbell. Change the angle on occasion when using the db's. Incline db flys would be good as well. As far as a pec injection; it wouldn't give any lasting size. It will only give a short-lived oil and muscle inflamation swelling.
 
Incline barbel press is really my main chest exercise. You needn't be at more than a 35 degree angle and you shoudl take it as seriously as the squat or deadlift or any stregth exercise. I do lower reps (less than 8 but at least 3) and make sure that the bar touches my chest. Dumbell oullovers also stimulate my chest fibres from a different angle - but to hit the chest then you need to go heavy.
 
declines are good- they bring up your chest. inclines, flat, arnold dips. you should always change it up (and grips too, wide grip, close grip )- one chest day leave out inclines, the next time go all db's, the next maybe go for reps. Changing it up constantely stimulates new muscle fibers and keeps your muscles in shock.
 
syenthol would develop your chest rather rapidly but you would look like you have tits and you would get 0 strength gains so id advise against that
