Hello everybody, i have a question about whey protein powder. I have whey protein powder as my main supplement for my training. My question is could i pour it over my oatmeal, instead of drinking it as a milk-shake? I would like your comments on this, because i have tried in the past cooking it with my oatmeal in the morning, but i have noticed that whey-protein powder turns to weird chunks if it's cooked and boiled.
Again i would like to know what do u think about this.
