It's so easy to throw it in a blender,(whey powder) why on Earth would you want to eat it?

I think you'd be better off (laughing as I type) throwing the oatmeal in a blender rather than eating whey powder.

i used to do this all the time, but it only works with optimum nutrition whey for me! can't find another product that mixes so instantly.
 
if you can't drink the shake's (i see y not) try the protein bars
musletech do one 30gram of protein a pack of 12 i think

but i perfer the shake there a lot better
 
I do the optimum nutrition whey in my oatmeal for breakfast which is: 1 cup egg whites (from carton) 1 cup cooked oatmeal with 1/2 scoop of protein powder mixed in after its cooked with some skim milk in it, 1 cup coffee black, multi vitamin, flaxseed oil cap, 2000mg ester c vitamin c. Really feel good after breakfast, good amount of carbs, protein and some caffeine to kick you in the ass and get a good start.
 
ON is the shit..if your protein powders are not tolerable you should really consider trying optimum nutrition as every flavor I have tried taste great..
