could i have hit my sciatic nerve

yesterday i shot to the left glute i felt a sensation that ran through my left side and my left leg started shakin it was crazy it lasted about 30 sec. it stopped i was ok the rest of the day but today my left calf has been cramping all day. could i have hit the sciatic nerve? should i worry?im a newbie its my second cycle need some heads up....

could have but you will be fine by the sound of it. If you had really hit it you would not be walking at all.
 
The sciatic nerve runs medially down the leg, before splitting above the back of the knee. If you pinned anywhere near you were supposed to, the upper lateral quadrant, there is no chance of hitting the sciatic. Also, you'd feel enormous pain around your shins and top of feet.
 
It would be unmistakable if you hit the sciatic nerve. If you actually HIT that nerve with the needle, your whole entire leg would have violently twitched and felt intense pain down your leg and lower back. Also, injecting fluid right around a nerve that size would cause you to feel intense pressure in you leg, which would have also been extremely painful. Your larger nerves have a proximity sensor. If you got too close, it would set it off anyways without actually making contact. Though, that is within 1mm.

So, no you didn't hit it.
 
My suggestion is look at anatomy charts for the nerves so when you do start rotating injections in other areas you will have more peace of mind and knowledge to what you are doing.
