Could I have breast cancer?

Just this evening I raised my arms over my head and happened to feel a small lump just above and slightly to the right of my right nipple. It felt as though it were the size and shape of a small garlic clove. It isn't tender to the touch at all. Could it be breast cancer? Now, I have a mild/moderate case of glandular gyno. Could it also be some fiberous gyno as well? What do you guys think?

It is possible for men, To have breast cancer..This is very rare but possible.I'd say if you have used steroids this may be Gyno and Not Breast Cancer but either way I'd get it checked out...

I'm 18, I have the same but I've never juiced.

The lump is hard and feels like its attached to another lump/softer tissue.

Let me know how it goes.
