This was my last cutting diet:
Wake-up
Meal1: 25g of whey
Cardio
M2: 2 eggs, 45g of whey, 20g of oatmeal
M3: 2 chicken breasts, 1 slice of whole wheat bread
M4(pre-workout): 10g of raw honey, 25g of whey
Workout
M5(post-workout): Powerade, 25g of whey
M6: 40g of egg/milk protein powder, 20g of oatmeal
M7: 1 cup of black beans, 2 cans of tuna, 1 tablespoon of olive oil
M8: half a container of no fat cottage cheese.
total: 160g of carbs, 320g of protein, 50g of fat, 2300-2400 cals
On non-training days: 130g of carbs, 290-300 g of protein.
Started at 202lbs (5'8), after 3 weeks (2 weeks of clen), 193. Currently 196 same BF(gained 3lbs of water when I discontinued the clen.)
