Could accutane have a small anabolic effect to it?

My buddy was on accutane for his face for awhile and was a med. build kid. He did wrestling and all that shit. So he wasnt new to training and lifting. But when he was on accutane I noticed and other people noticed that he got a great deal bigger in size. But he wasnt doing anything different then what he always did for years and years. So I was wondering if it was possible that accutane had some small anabolic effect?
