Cottage Cheese

Top with sliced almonds or chopped tomato + black pepper.... Those are my 2 favs...

Impossible

Switch to yogurt :)

Cottage cheese. Yuck, no matter what you do to it. The tomato and pepper sounds the best to me. I eat cottage cheese as much as everyone else on here...but damn, do I ever have to choke it down. Plus it looks like someone already ate it.

Huh, I guess I'm one of the few who actually like the stuff.
I eat it plain then I eat the yogurt, then I eat my tablespoon of anp.

However the tomatoe and pepper sound really good, I think I'll try that 2nite.

Anyone have any ideas on how to improve the flavor of cottage cheese while still keeping it healthy?

Add some blueberries yum yum :p

For those who don't like the "goopy" factor of cottage cheese....try Dry Flake &/or Pot Style Cottage cheese -- it's drier and not as runny -- easier to eat IMO

And the chopped tomatoes & black pepper on cott. cheese is great on one of those hot summer nites where you just can't bear to eat anything hot....

At the grocery stores I go to, they are in smaller containers on a shelf right above the big containers of regular cottage cheese. The brand I buy is Penn Maid and the container says right on it "Dry Flake - Pot Style."

Thanks. Cute kitty.

I eat the cottage up no prob. If you can get the friendship brand IMO that's the best. (even 1%) My wife has trouble eating it straight so she puts some lo carb (sugar free) jelly in it. bluberries are good too

Mmmm... I love it plain. But fruit, nuts, splenda, oats, yogurt. Depending on what you want to eat. All this taste great to me. Maybe you should try a different brand if you dont like the one you have now.
