Anyone have any ideas on how to improve the flavor of cottage cheese while still keeping it healthy?

I eat it plain then I eat the yogurt, then I eat my tablespoon of anp.
However the tomatoe and pepper sound really good, I think I'll try that 2nite.

And the chopped tomatoes & black pepper on cott. cheese is great on one of those hot summer nites where you just can't bear to eat anything hot....

wallcrawler said:"dry flake"? "Pot style"? Never heard of these. R they located in the same place as regular cot. ch. in the grocery store? What brands?
jenscats5 said:At the grocery stores I go to, they are in smaller containers on a shelf right above the big containers of regular cottage cheese. The brand I buy is Penn Maid and the container says right on it "Dry Flake - Pot Style."
