Hrrm... I havnt made it in a while... but here is a wild guess

You really got to experiment and find out a good flavour combination... but heres a rough guess....
Try it out and adjust to how you see fit
rough estimate of ingrediants

1.5 cups cottage cheese
1 can tuna
1 cup cucumber chopped up
1 cup green pepper chopped up (or any other color)
1/2 cup salsa?? (this is really up to you... how salsa like you want it to taste)
pepper to taste
3/4 cup shredded or diced lettuce
Optional extra bulkin ingrediants (for extra taste)

Shredded Mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Parmesan
Feta cheese (works well)
Olive oil (yuuuuuuuummmmmy)
Greak seasoning
This shit yeilds SOOOO much protein... its great....
Hope that gives you a rough estimate... you can always add or subtract certain things to make it suit your tastes more
