Hmm I've been doing more core training but there seems to be a problem. When I do situps (I never did these) my abs seem to tetanus (they just pull/contract on their own). Is that normal? I'm well hydrated and I ate 12 hours before. I have no clue why it does this. I never had this problem as a kid doing situps sporadically (same rep/set scheme).
