Core pain

pector

New member
I'm getting some pain and bloatedness in my, particularly behind my lower abs. Feels like trapped wind in my colon or something.
The pain isn't unbareable its just persistant.

I'm on 60mg of tbol ED 15/20g Creatine mono and usual protein etc..

Is this a common side effect or is it more than likely to be unrelated and down to diet (which is quite good).

Thanks,
Pec

Had the same pain on right side of abs from dbol , I started drinking 2 galleons of water a day and it went away bro

doesnt sound typical of liver issues. did you change your protein? mixes ie water vs milk or % ? how long have you been using the creatine? ... this sounds like its more on the digestive side of things.

Are your bowel movements still regular?

I bet its the creatine and/or diet.

Yeah I'm on liver support.
Still using quattro protein, although I jump between mixing it with water and milk.
Bowl movements are a bit off, but nothing too major, could be due to stress.
On creatine for weeks now, but up to 15/20g this past 2 weeks.

I'm gonna cut out the creatine over the weekend and see if the pain stops, and get more veggies and water in.

Thanks for the replies!

yea if it didnt start untill you introduced somthing , then take it out. You have other options to replace creatin for the most part. be careful mixing between milk , milk precentage, and water... you could have a sensitivity to it (unlikely but possible). drink lots of water and somthing that would help settle your stomach like cran juice.

I had that once years ago on my first cycle ever. I was using cyp and HGH. It felt like I had pulled a muscle deep under my abs and right over my bladder.

Over the years I've always blamed that on the test aggravating my prostate. I haven't had the problem on any cycle since though.

Maybe try a DHT aromatase inhibitor? I personally hate finesteride/procia/proscar (it does have side effects) but it might be worth a shot.
