Core, forearms, grip workout

Had a great workout today (and got lots of weird looks at the gym as a bonus :) ).

Weighted crunches - 2 sets x 15
Hanging leg raises - 2 sets x 10
Pull-throughs - 3 sets x 10
Turkish Get-ups - 3 sets x 3 reps each arm/side
One arm farmers - 2 sets each arm x once around the track at the gym
Wrist Roller - 3 sets x up and down
Static DB holds - 2 sets to failure
Grip trainer - 3 sets x 10 each hand

My forearms and grip were dead at the end. I also used a new wrist roller. Some of you might remember my first one, which many people said was too thin. I agreed, but couldn't find any thicker wooden dowels. So I used 2" PVC pipe for this one:

Worked great.
 
Hit this again yesterday, could barely get out of bed this morning. I added wrist curls in there right before the static holds, too. Also, my wife tried the one-armed farmers and a Turkish get-up with me :D
