I thought they stopped this product

then again, no terribly new movies, so for all i know its bunk

Actually I downloaded and used it yesterday
Still works fine
Thanks!

I buy tons of videos and DVDs when I find them on sale for a couple bucks more than renting.

One thing I do not understand. Some of them look perfect. Only to find that DVDs that have been played very heavily due a lot of "blocking" or "hyper pixilation" Looks like someone used a digial zoom way too far. Especially noticeable on a big screen.

I can understand how a video tape gets worn out and loses picture quality. The loss in a DVDs picture quality is a bit mystifying. There is a fairly thick layer of plastic protecting a DVDs recording media.

AnyDVD

Why mess with AnyDVD? CloneDVD 4.0 seems to work pretty good.

Dang....makes one think when buying a few dozen movies at a time like I do.

Worth it to be able to back them up of course.

cloneDVD is not always able to break all the copyrights out there. I have had a couple DVD's that couldnt be copied. anyDVD strips that copyright shit right off - given you dont need to use it everytime / it is nice to have running in the background

I've spent over a thousand on movies already this year. I'm a movie buff.

Copied movies just aren't the same. Maybe its a mental thingie.

they are compressed down
most of the time they are compressed to half the original size, depends on the movie though
