Copper in the body

How do you determine if you lack copper in the bodyand you need to supplement with it? A buddy of mine told me that youreally got to watch out for it, since it is so important for RBC. Buthow do you tell that you have enough of it?

Copper is indeed a very important mineral for ourbodies. However, as a general rule you will have enough of it whenyou eat properly. If you still want to supplement with it, make sureto be getting the chelated copper, since it will have the bestabsorption rates. Other forms are practically useless.

Only way to know for sure is a blood test.

I doubt you are deficient in copper but if you are overly worried, get a blood test done to know for sure.

The most common minerals people are deficient in - magnesium, zinc and selenium

If you are concerned then talk to your doctor about it and get some blood work done. That is the only way to know for sure.
