I lived in SF for the last two years.....there's alot I miss about the place. This shit however, is something I don't. I consider myself a centrist to left of center.....the people in SF though infuriate me on some things. This shit is typical of some of the way left thinking there. I can't beleive they didn't even wait for the cop to be buried before attacking the situation.....and I know the cop was talking about the chronicle. The chronicle is a mixed bag......I do "overall" like the paper. Despite being known as a liberal paper....they did allow alot of conservative editorials. But there is a group inside there that is sooooooo far left it's disgusting. I'll bet I even know the guy who wrote the piece. Here's an interesting piece of frisco trivia......In SF, being caught with a concealed firearm is a misdemeanor......being caught with an ASP (telescoping baton) is a felony!! Let's ponder this.....being caught with an unliscensed and concealed firearm, first offense, is a misD. Being caught with a "baton".....which has virtually no chance of hitting something you're not aiming at....is a felony?? You gotta be kidding me......I guess we feel safer with concealed firearms....which have ranges of hundreds of yards....than we do with batons....which will not inflict collateral damage. Disgusting

I am in favor of stricter pursuit rules for police officers, seeing how 80-90% of pursuits are for nonviolent traffic offenses. But this was a violent crime. I don't know what the motive for not pursuing would be there.

I dont like cops - but that guy sounded like he had his shit together. I even listened to the whole thing. If there was such a thing as a good cop that must have been him.

3. You can say all the infantile garbage you want and still post
The only think I can do is go on the moderator board and ask how K should be changed. I think you should be able to bomb someone only like once a day , but I also think there should be penalties for that red K
