Cooking for Dummies???

OK I sooo want to learn how to do this...but an organic chemist I am not...soooo not..lol. I can follow the directions on anything....I bake a mean betty crocker cake...and I figure if i can find very very detailed instructions that i could try this at home. Anyone know where i can find something like that?....Remember i dont understand the first part of any of this.

that almost sounded too easy...of course getting the powder is probably the hardest part. 2 questions...what is ba and bb? and is the laws on powders as hard and strict as ordering the juice from overseas??

No laws arn't as hard or as strict. They are much worse like importing cocaine. Its not something that should be taken lightly.
