psilo New member Aug 4, 2004 #11 1. Rinse if off. 2. Pat dry with a paper towel. 3. Slice into small little chunks and get rid of the stem. 4. Put in a covered glass bowl. 5. Cook on HIGH for 2 minutes. 6. Enjoy. I eat about 2 cups cooked per day.
