Rabbit, when prepared properly, is an excellent dish. We usually have one amongst the food choices at Easter and Thanksgiving dinners.

BTW, I'm hoping that the "hasenpfeffer" bit is on one of the Looney Tunes Golden Collection DVD sets (I'm getting them for Christmas). That and the opera bit with Bugs and Elmer Fudd with the barber shop...classic stuff.

When there are no young children in the family, eating rabbit at easter isn't an issue at all. Will you PETA types stop being such wusses? Rabbits are a food source.....and a mighty tasty one high in protein and low in fat to boot.
