In no particular order:
1) Bruce Willis - he's the man
2) Harrison Ford - a few stinkers, but generally, I love movies he's in
3) Jackie Chan - fun and funny movies, I don't go to see Oscar-winning performances
4) Brad Pitt - he doesn't do anything for me, but I can run 12 movies he's starred in just off the top of my head that I've either liked quite a bit (Interview with a Vampire, Smith) or completely loved (Se7en, Snatch, Troy)
5) Anthony Hopkins - any movie with him automatically gets front-runner status in my "shit to go see" list
6) Jean Reno - only seen a few movies with him, but every one has been kickass
7) Mel Gibson - I can't think of another actor who has produced more enjoyable movies in my time, aside from maybe Brad Pitt
8) Salma Hayek - enjoyable actress to watch, and it's not just because I find her so attractive, it's painful
yeah, not too many women, because movies generally aren't based around the women.
