Controlling Bloat?

I would add a small dose of an AI like ARIMIDEX,,LETROZOLE,,OR AROMASIN
WITH such small test dosage I dont see whay you would have much bloat.

Lowering your sodium intake will also help. If you use Salt throw it in the garbage it's posion anyways.

arimidex or aromasin has always worked well for me.

on 500 mgs a week, 15 mgs of Aromasin 3 times a week will do it.
