here's the deal. they will and can do a number of things. first of all, if you gave your REAL address, then they are probably out in the parking lot waiting for you tomake a move. not trying to scare you, but thats what they did to me. so if your not home, they could very possilby be following you, depending on if they know your getting a package. they're waiting to set you up. a CD consists of them actually busting you, NOT leaving you some note. but now that i think about it, they could leave you a slip for you to pick it up at the post office. if thats the case, DO NOT PICK IT UP!!! if your having a package sent to your home adn you get a slip, THEN FORGET ABOUT IT. you just lost it. how is it being shipped usps, ups, fed ex??

Maybe im missing something here but whenever there is a failed delivery, regardless of contents; they leave you a slip saying they will try again or that you have to pick it up. Relax. I’ve had to go to the post office before to pick it up. Scary, but no big deal.

Go on and pick up your package. The post office has left me a brown slip 2 times and I had went and picked up my package. International Express Mail requires a signature any way because the sender pays that extra money to have it delivered with in a certain amount of time and signature is confirmation that it was delivered.

What you guys don't realize is that 99% of the time a controlled delivery happens it is NOT because of WHAT is in the box. Cops use a controlled delivery as a gateway to search your house for OTHER shit.

Don't ever think it can't happen. HGH is illegal. It CAN happen.

Years ago when I lived in Atlanta, cops were issuing controlled deliveries for fake handbags to people in order to get in the house and search for family members that had warrants out on them for non-payment of child support. Yeah.. that's right. They were sending these things to people solely to LOOK FOR ANOTHER PERSON in the house.

Never once think you are 100% safe. That is how too many people slip up.

I'll tell you though how it will be one day if the present climate continues: they'll (DEA, Customs, local law enforcement, whoever) keep working at this stuff trying to make their busts more and more efficient until it's a big money maker for them, and then it will be so hairy people will be busted for Nolvadex.

Fines and court costs paid for by the defendant, a night in jail which ends when the defendant can put up enough cash to ensure they will show up in court, probation supervised at the defendant's expense, and so forth. It's go here and pay this and that, and then there's a clause in the lawbooks that allows for a medieval jail sentence if payment can't be made.

Basically as soon as the bar is lowered for probable cause it's off to the races, and that day could be very soon. I just saw another post in this thread mentioning the fact that cops will use CD as a method to search the house. It's not just CD, that sort of law enforcement is about 95% of what cops do period. Traffic stops where they'll run the ID of everybody in the car. People frisked for standing on a corner in a bad neighborhood. Speedtraps meant to catch drunk drivers. Hell, in my town cops would hang out and watch girls going to a meth dealer, then pull them over and let them off depending on how good the blowjob they gave was. Many of the girls weren't even 17. Out of all the cops involved, one police chief resigned and one got probation.

So guys, do us all a favor and be careful, because the more people are busted the more this will steamroll. Basically they can do whatever the hell they want and only leave certain things alone because they're not

Don't accept the package and they can't do shit, and they need some type of justification for a search warrant. They can't just get one because they want one, they need some criminal intent.
