Been reading alot about C.D.s. on the forums. The one thing im wondering is how long does this take to set up on the fly? If its first time an address has had a problem with customs seizure package will they waste the time on a C.D. ? Reason I'm asking is I had a package from my normal shipper come up through customs inspection. It sat in customs for about 6 days being inspected now it all of a sudden cleared. The shipping company is DHL. The raw was relabeled to allow it to pass through the inspection with paperwork.....Anyways the main question i guess im asking is when your watching the tracking what is a safe time frame to NOT be in favor of a C.D. (Time frame from Customs Inspection - Door)?
