I was wondering if anyone knew how the pros are using insulin just prior to the contest to fill their muscles out when they are flat from dropping water. I have used insulin before with a great success but I am not sure if I would just do it the same as i do post work out. I take 50g protein and carbs and 5iu's of humalog. Or is there another trick to it?
