Here are a few pictures from the night of the show. I am back to dieting and getting ready to compete in June, I will be doing bodybuilding in this next show. I also plan to do Nationals in November for figure:) We are making a few changes in my diet and I plan to get leaner for this next show. I would like to get down around 7%. I was at 8.7% for the figure show on Saturday. Its back to heavy training and hours of wonderful cardio:)

I've seen her face up close and personal....AND all I can say is, "NA-NA-NA-NAAAAAAA- NAAAAAAAAAA!"

Toohardbod, when someone looks that hard I don't think you can call what she is doing at the gym fooling around anymore!

Ps. I really admire your definition, wish I could get there, You made me put down the pasta I was eating and grill a nice lean steak instead ... :D
 
Thanks for all the responses:) Jenstar drop me an email, id be glad to help ya out! I am 24 years old, As far as training, I have been in sports all my life and in the gym, but didn't hit the weights hard till about a little over a year and a half ago. I have been so lucky to have had a great trainer, and friends with some bodybuilders that have been in it for a long time helping me with diet and training as well. All I can say is I never used to do cardio, but if you want to be hard and in condition you HAVE to do it. I do at least 1 hour a day, and I will soon be going up to 1 1/2 hr and then two times a day closer to contest. It makes all the difference in the world, along with your diet being right on as well. I rotate my diet and do things differently to keep my body guessing and to keep dropping bf. It gets harder as you get lower. My diet consists of a lot of chicken, tuna, turkey breasts and lean red meat. I also eat tons of veggies and fruits like grapefruit and strawberries in the morning. Everything is basic but very consistent.....Been craving like crazy lately...less than 4 weeks to go!!!!

Hi, I woul dlove to talk to you! I LOVE your body! yes, I am a girl, and NO im not trying to pick you up! I'm a bit on the flabby side, and really need help, I dont know what with, I train everyday, well 6x a week, and I TRY to eat right, that's the problem, i TRY!!!;)

When is you bodybuilding show?
Being that you want to get another percentage point down from your fitness BF level, what weight do you plan on competing at for the bodybuilding show? about the same? or are you planning on coming in bigger?

once again Great job! how long have you been training?

What's the main difference between condition for figure and BB? Lower bf for BB of course, but what about size? Do a lot of people enter the two interchangeably?

Keep at it girl, you're looking fantastic. I'm glad I got to see pics of you! Very motivating.

We should have more pictures on these threads. New@GB those are great pictures. Those picture are motivation to me and I guess to others like me...Just to see that I get pump to start eating clean and training harder.

Thanks....those are from april so ive put on quite a bit of good size since then and brought in some of my struggling areas better as well. Once I scan more recent ones I will drop a few of you an email...who found these?? SNEAKY!!! I am only doing figure, My goal is to go pro...I will be doing 3-4 shows this summer. Junior nationals, Nationals and the Jan Tana...not sure if anything else as of right now. I am enjoying my time off...eating..although I havent gained a lot..hanging at 160 right now. Ready to grub tommorow:) Went to the gym this evening and there were only 2 other people there...it was great! No disturbing men to deal w/. In and out in no time!

one ? for u... how do the judges view the tat thing. i have 2 and have always wondered if it was looked down upon at the comps. urs looks great and has obviously not affected the outcome of ur comps but was just wondering about that......
 
Hey girlie, You look so AMAZING.....Feminine but still rock hard! Put me down on the list for the new pics cause I just found my new role model (MOVE OVER DANIELLE EDWARDS!) Also I'm so f*cking jealous of your height. My mom is 5'11 why the hell am I only 5'7. I got screwed on the height and the tatas. Lifes not fair. Keep it up girl you are an inspiration to say the least.

Well that really helps, seeing photo's that is, I've been wanting to do AS for the first time, but when you say I don't want to be too big, what's big 4 one person is not for another. I would be very happy to be your size. Can you tell me what AS you have taken over the last year and how much of each one please. If you can also approximate calories you eat a day and how much cardio you do? I initially was advised to take Deca and Winstrol (apparently would of been far too much), then changed my mind, from advice on these boards to Anawar. is Anna the same thing as Anawar? Please help, I'd be most grateful, I would rather be conservative the first time, I've been weight training for 10 years, and run 3 times a week. my hubby just started deca and sus 1 year ago and I decided that I wouldn't mind some help like that, but i don't want a deep voice, etc. Thanx in advance. Jenni

I realize that this is an old post but I was wondering if you have an pics available. I am new to the sport and 5'11". I love competiting and have tried to see some of the past photos but due to listing they will not open. Thanks.
