ok here is my pics from the last show. Mod's please leave for a few, I respect the veiws of the bro's here 1000X more than the other boards around here!!;)
 
Stats are 151lbs (170 offseason) 5'5
16' arms
45 lat spread
4%(?) bf
16 claves
25 legs (?)
1st place 176 1/4 and under weight class...

I am competing again in Sept for in a NQ...The judges said i looked good and had a good chance as long as AI stay lightweight...
 
calves are outstanding. awesome peak on biceps.

maybe some more work on traps and hamstrings, but those are the only things i see that are somewhat weak.

more people would reply if either you were "freaky" huge or if you had some serious flaws in your physique.. since you're in the lightweight div, i'd consider their lack of replies a compliment.
 
Oxy dbol others

Hi anyone know the cost of anapolon 50 in Mexico or other Oxy metholones include number and size of tabs ?

also dbol win and other tabs especially any very very cheap tabs also a drug called android also an oral in 10 mg tabs ?

You look great, Calves are some of the best i've seen, a little more sweep on the thigh would be nice but I can't seam to get that either. What is your AS & diet program like? Thanks for sharing the pics.

You are looking good, but you are looking for input not confidence so I agree with a few others Tri's and hammies apart from that you are A1.
 
I need advice on the tri's I cannot get them to grow. My traps are coming along now and I have added size to my thighs. My hams still need a little more work, but I have trouble tring to isolate them...any training advice would be nice...

I do light short cycles (8 weeks) deca, primo, dbol, sust and other gear like that...
I want to start taking slin and a little heavier gear to help gain 20 more lbs and compete at the top end of middleweight...

Since I compete lightweight I will say you look okay. need to loose some size you're to big. See ya on stage. Really though you look great. Nice size and cuts and you're dry. I still will see ya on stage though. Keep it up.
 
thanks flexed....nice to here from another lightweight...I am looking forward to competing against you (hopefully) What are your stats? how do you drop water?
 
Hey bro, the class you were in (under 176) was that the novice class or were you only in the lightweight class. And was this an NPC contest.
 
bumping last time for stiffler to see...what do you think bro? good improvements? tell you gf, sorry about the face, fell on stage and smeared my face a little...;)
 
Congrats, you looked ripped! If you qualified for a higher show now you should be looking for more overall mass now (if you have the time in between) but you obviously worked very hard to get that condition. Excellent biceps peak and calves. Pity your head looks worse than John Mericks, lol.

Isn't Android the stuff Data from next generation takes? Must work he's pretty strong.
 
yes it was a npc show, and NQ stands for national Qualifier...I cannot wait!!!

Like I said before, conan, COMPETE, I can help you along as can many other competitors here on the board...
