Basically, lift hard for 5 days, then rest two, and I mean just sleep and eat two days. On the rest days, take 20 mgs of var or dbol in the morning. Repeat for as many weeks as necessary. What do you think?
 
I always like to split my days up like take a wensday and sunday, it gets old and you get worn out by the end of week atleast I do
 
seems kind of pointless to tell you the truth.

var has a half-life of ~12hrs and dbol has a half-life of ~3hrs. at the very least, split up the dosage on the weekends.

i guess that you'll be maximizing your recovery on the weekends, but using such short acting compounds for such a small window of time isn't going to be very effective.

I wasnt clear enough, I do split the dose over two days. I figure, five days of hard training and two days of supercharged rest/recovery, I think it could be very effective.
 
ok, that makes more sense. but wouldn't you want to maximize your recovery the other 5 days?

Oh definitely. During the five days Ill be supplementing and resting just no gear. Also, Ill have 2 different diets set up as well.
 
If your not doing gear on weedays and only doing that small amount of gear on weekends, it would do more harm than good because it still probably shuts you down a little.

Try to find out studies on how fast the HPTA is affected by small doses of orals...

Try it out though and see what happens.
 
What's the goal in avoiding the other 5 days? Reduce side effects? I'd much rather have a constant blood concentration level than have it constantly fluctuation. Also, it's going to suppress your hpta hurting your workouts and recovery on the other days.

To be honest I think you could get just as good of an anabolic burst that you're looking for through diet manipulation. Eat maintenance for 5 days or lower than maintenance with moderate carbs. 5 days of training in a row would just about put me in an overtrained state. On the 2 rest days get 10-12 hours of sleep a day and try to get in 500-1000 cals over maintenance. You'll get the anabolic burst from the diet and extra rest. I like to employ this strategy over holidays. Allows me to eat more and enjoy the rest. I plan on overtraining myself up until Thanksgiving day and then feasting.
 
How about this instead. 5 days a week of using steroids but only in the morning and just one dose. Then take weekends off. Every 3rd week for a week straight do 50-100mg clomid ed. Repeat as many times.
