So I'm gearing up for my next cycle which will look something like this

1-12 test e 500/wk
2-10 tren ace 50-75 eod
1-12 proviron 70 ed
Caber .5 as needed
Arimidex .25 as needed

Pct

Clomid 25/12/12/12

My goals from this will be to add between 15-20 lbs of dry lean gains and dropping to 8% bf. I feel like my base is pretty strong for this cycle but I would really like to get some outside perspective for me to be able to concentrate on weak areas. I feel like some constructive criticism will go along way in the form of motivation to help me squeeze every last rep out of this cycle. Here are some pics of me this morning in relaxed stances after my work out. I think it's harder to hide weak points when ur flexing so that's why I decided not to pose. So bro's I would love to hear what u have to say... Bring it on
 
IMO start the tren wk 1. Why wait? It'll be nice get to things going until the test kicks around wk 3-4.

Also, can u give an example of ur diet? That'll be huge in how this goes down.
 
You have a solid base. Its hard to see any problem areas as its kind of dark. I would run some hcgen on cycle and do an hcg blast before pct. And I would add in some daa to pct.

Diet will look something like this give
Meal 1
1 cup oatmeal
2 eggs 4 whites

Preworkout
1 scoop whey
1/2 cup peanuts

Post work
2 scoops whey

Meal 2
10oz chicken breast
1 sweet potatoe

Meal 3
12oz steak
1cup green beans
1 cup squash

Meal 4
1cup Greek yogurt
1 fresh fruit (apple/banana/orange)

Meal5
8oz fresh cod
1 cup broccoli
1 cup collie flower

Bedtime
1 scoop casein
 
You have impressive size for sure, but your bodyfat is higher than you think it is. You look more like 13-14% to me. Regardless, you have a lot of muscle on that frame, and look huge.

I definitely think you should start tren ace week one as well. If your goal us to add lean mass and drop bodyfat like you are saying (recomp), then 8-10lbs of lean mass is more realistic once glycogen and water weight return to normal post cycle
 
Thanks for the feedback rock. I would still be satisfied with 10 lbs of lean gains especially if my bf was significantly dropped. I feel like the visual effect of the lean mass would be just as good as 20lbs of a lesser quality muscle IMO. What do u bros think?

If you got down to single digit bodyfat during your cycle, you would look outstanding. Given your current state, dropping a good amount of fat while adding in some respectable 8-10 lbs of muscle is the best thing you could do ;)

Looking swole bro...agree with what is being said here, and don't be afraid to eat those carbs post workout. Lots of veggies and fruit which is good, but would move the fruit to the front of the day and veggies later, eat your fattier cuts of meat earlier in the day and leaner ones in evening, as well as when you drop your carbs add healthy fats...just my critique. Kill it!

I think your diet plan is pretty solid, and you probably don't need to change it other than following what Muscle Addiction said. Increasing the cardio would definitely be a good idea though. That will really help shred the bodyfat, especially on cycle
 
Try this out
keep sodium high
drink 2 gallons water a day

45min fasted cardio

Meal1
1cup oats
8oz 93/7 grd beef

Preworkout
2 grams l-leucine
2 cups coffee

Postworkout
60 grams whey
2 cups of fruity pebbles or a package of low fat pop-tarts

Meal2
10oz flank steak
1 cup brown rice
1/3 avocado

Meal3
10oz chkn breast
1 cup brown rice
1/3 avocado

Meal4
12oz grd turkey
1/3 avocado

Meal5
8oz chicken breast
1tbsp peanut butter

Meal6
8oz flank steak
