Constant log-in glitch??

I keep getting the "please register" screen, even after I have logged on - anyone else having this problem??

yes, there is some issue with cookies. I have to log on everytime I visit the site, yes cookies are on, yes I select "remember me"...I never had this problem until the switch.

Also for www.expertpcsupport.com the same issue, something to do with cookies.

Give it a shot now. The developer suggested we stop using "boards.elitefitness.com" and run everything through "www." and it seems to be helping.

will this effect network blocks? My work blocks www.elitefitness.com but not boards.elite.

Yep, this happens to me too. I found that if I log on say in the "c&c" area or any other sub-area then go to the main discussion page it shows I'm logged in. If I log in on the main discussion board page it doesn't register.

That's weird. I just tried it myself, and while it puts "Elite Fitness" in the title (which it probably shouldn't) it leaves "www.expertpcsupport.com/forum/yadayada..." in the address bar, which is what we want it to do.

I don't get it, unless your firewall is doing reverse (IP) lookups and plugging in the domain name. In that case you may not want to be screwing around with your admin... he sounds like me, another Bastard Operator from Hell.
